7th Tombstone: Emine Hüceste Hanım

Epitaph dated 15 Şaban 1305/27 April 1388 by Emine Hüceste Hanım, daughter of the first grade assistant translator at the Prime Ministry, Yusuf Behcet Bey.

SANATSAL FORM HAKKINDA

Açık lahitli mezardır. Lahit kenarlarında süs bulunmamaktadır. Lahitin dikdörtgen formlu ayak ve baş şahidelerinin tepelikleri aynıdır ve çiçek desenlidir. Baş şahidesinin doğu cephesine bakan ön yüzüne, Celi Ta'lik sanatı ile yazılmış mermer kitabesi bulunmaktadır. Ayak şahidesinde süsleme yoktur.

ABOUT THE ARTISTIC FORM

It is an open sarcophagus. There are no ornaments on the sides of the sarcophagus. The crests of the rectangular foot and head of the sarcophagus are the same and have floral patterns. There is a marble epitaph written in Jeli Taliq on the front face of the headstone, facing the east. There is no decoration on the footstone.
